The details you type into a form — name, phone, email, delivery ZIP, your message, and where you are reserving a car, the identification photograph you upload. Nothing else is asked for.
To answer you, to quote transport, and to complete a sale. We do not sell contact details and we do not pass them to third parties beyond the carrier and lender needed to finish your purchase.
The site sets a session cookie so forms work. Where advertising pixels are enabled, they record that a form was submitted so we can measure which adverts are worth running — not who you are.
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards; sale records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law require. Identification photographs are deleted once the sale is complete.
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email us and it is done — usually the same week.
