Buying a car you have not sat in should not feel like a gamble. Drive it on your own roads, park it on your own drive, show it to whoever you trust. If it is the wrong car, send it back.
Call or message inside 14 days of delivery and before 250 miles are on it. No form to hunt for, no reason required.
We arrange the transport back. Return it as it arrived — ordinary test-driving wear is expected and fine.
A short check confirms the car matches the condition it left in. We keep this fast and we keep it fair.
The vehicle purchase price is refunded, normally within three to five business days of the car returning.
The window runs 14 days from the date the car is delivered, or 250 miles of driving — whichever you reach first. That is real time to inspect it, drive it, and decide whether it fits your life.
Return inside that window and we refund the full vehicle purchase price. The car should come back in the condition it left in, allowing for reasonable test-drive mileage and normal wear.
Questions before you buy are cheaper for everybody than a return afterwards. Ask them — we would rather point you at the right car than process paperwork.
Every car is checked mechanically and described honestly before it leaves the lot, which is why returns are rare.
Talk to whoever inspected it. We will walk you through condition, history and delivery before you commit to anything.
